1. 2. Upgrading of the receiving card: If the current receiving card does not support calibration or has insufficient load points, it needs to be upgraded. Due to the risk of dead card in the receiving card upgrade, the customer needs to contact the control system company in advance for upgrade and related processing.
3. Clean the LED display screen, remove the dust and stains on the lamp surface and the mask to avoid its influence on the brightness. If you need to replace the mask, please ensure that the color of the mask is the same as before, otherwise the display will be affected, especially in the daytime, and the correction will not improve much;
Finally, the operator should also pay attention to the inspection during the operation of the large-scale display screen, and observe whether there are abnormal sounds, odors, abnormal light and other phenomena. It is worth noting that if the surface mount LED display is not used for a long time, the reliability performance will be reduced. It is recommended to use it for more than 1 hour per week to reduce the erosion of the display by moisture.
