  4. Peripheral communication card

    The function of the peripheral communication card is to manage the audio board, relay card, manual control panel, and floor repeater used by the system. Except for the audio board, which is a must, the rest are optional, of which a maximum of 16 relay cards are provided. There are 16 manual control panels, 64 floor repeaters, and RS485 communication is used between the two; the two-way data transmission with the industrial computer is completed, and the two use RS232 communication.

 5. Circuit board

 The function of the circuit board is to complete the data acquisition of all detectors and modules connected to this circuit, and to do preliminary data processing. Each circuit board can be connected to 128 ordinary addressing units, or 198 intelligent addressing units.

4. Projeto de Software

    1. IPC software

    The software of the industrial computer adopts the visual programming language VisualBasic of Microsoft Corporation to compile. It mainly completes the processing and judgment of various sampling data from the lower computer, monitors the operating status of the system, and responds to various operation instructions of the user. The program can be divided into the following modules in structure:

    (1) Editing program module: complete system configuration, loop configuration, control matrix establishment, floor plan drawing and other functions.

    (2) Communication program module: complete the communication function with the loop communication card, peripheral communication card, printer and other parts.

    (3) Alarm display program module: It completes the functions of displaying, recording, and calling floor plans of system alarm events.

    (4) Help program module: provide online help for all operations, so that users can master system functions, settings and other requirements.

    2. Communication card, circuit board, audio board software

    These three boards are programmed in MCS251 assembly language, and the RS485 baud rate of inter-board communication is set to 4800bps. Assembly language can better solve the problem of real-time and accuracy, so as to meet the requirements of the national standard GB16806-1997 on alarm time. In order to improve the reliability of the alarm, the software adopts measures such as CRC check, intelligent algorithm, and multiple judgments.

    5. System Features

    (1) The system has a large alarm capacity, which can reach more than 19,000 points.

    (2) Due to the use of Windows2000 operation plane, the interface is beautiful and easy to operate.

    (3) The advantages of historical record preservation and floor plan management are particularly obvious.
